Job Responsibilities:
1. Contacting potential customers from the database provided by the company
2. Reading from a prescribed script and improvising based on csutmer responses
3. Focussing on customer needs to close sales
4. Documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions
5. Asking questions to engage the customers and keep the conversation going
6. Keeping up to date on all the products and informing customers of new products
7. Generating revenue and meeting targets

Skills Required :
– Excellent Command of English. Other language would be an advantage.
– Ability to make high number of cold calls and outbound calls daily. (min 100 calls per day)
– Presentable with excellent communication skills
– Multi-tasking skills
– Team player and self-driven attitude.
– Excellent interpersonal and phone skills.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in telesales in banking , financial services
Qualification: Degree/Diploma
Languages: English
