Our contract staffing solution enables businesses to hire dedicated workers for set periods of time (contract period). Our contract staffing team can provide expert contractors under transparent pricing models, where the majority of the service fees is reserved to the employee, which ensures employee engagement and therefore higher productivity and effectiveness. Our contract staffing model caters to small, medium and large local and multinational corporations, and also to government sector.
2.Permanent/Direct Hire Placement/ Recruitment
Our clients rely on our professional recruitment team to find the best candidates to join their organization as permanent hires. A specialized and tailored search combines direct recruiting methods, traditional searches, referrals, applicant screening, interviewing, and evaluation on a local and regional level. We also offer background screening, assessment centers, and document verification services to help with a target candidate’s onboarding. Our placement service includes talent search regardless of position or grade based on the client’s mandate, and our search fee is billed only upon successful candidate placement.
3.Recruitment Project Management
Onsite recruitment services are bespoke solutions, delivered in-house at the client’s location, to achieve their business objective of filling key critical positions in short period of time (5 or more vacancies). By working onsite, we have direct interaction with the Hiring Managers to establish the needs, KPIs and performance requirements. The project team will utilise any client resources provided and their own search tools to adeptly meet the agreed recruitment needs, thus ensuring a high success rate.
4.Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
Our clients use our RPO model where they choose to transfer all or part of their recruitment processes to us . We act as an extension of a company’s HR or Recruiting/ Resourcing function, working closely with the client (on site or offsite) providing a holistic hiring solution. We take ownership of the design and management of the recruitment process and the responsibility of results in collaboration with our clients.
5. Screening and Sourcing Admin Support
This is a customised service in which our researchers screen and evaluate responses to job postings for a company based on predefined criteria. This reduces the time it takes to evaluate candidate responses and review qualified shortlisted candidates. This service includes job spec preparation, determining screening questions, job posting , response management, follow-up communication with the candidates, and pre-assessment. Only the shortlisted candidates will be presented to the client recruitment team thereby reducing administrative task management for the client.
6. Executive Short Term/Part Time Placements
Organizations are disadvantaged by lack of leadership for their short term projects/ assignments. They do not always have all of the necessary personnel on board to achieve their business objectives. As a result, our executive short-term placements headhunt experienced senior professionals with contracts and projects lasting anywhere between 6 months to 2 years. This is a very effective way of controlling costs and getting the job done without burdening companies with the long-term costs of maintaining permanent staff.
